 That's not the verbose debug output ( -dv ), there would be a bunch of
 lines that start with 'DEBUG:'

 Also, is there anything unusual about your $prefix ? (/opt/macports) ? Is
 it a symlink to somewhere? is it a local disk? is it a network share?
