 On startup, Terminal issues the following warnings and the icons mentioned
 are not properly displayed in various menu items

 The attached patch fixes this issue by updating the highcolor icon cache
 post-activate so that the newly installed icons are available at run time.
 In addition, a post-activate item is added to register Terminal in the
 desktop database.
