 Yes, it seems that this header gets included even though the default build
 uses CoreAudio and Jack shouldn't be needed. Looks like it worked for me
 since I got Stéphane Letz' binary Jack package installed somewhere, and
 port -t either didn't catch that or I missed it. I'll have to look at the
 sources and/or check back with Sarah Denoux to see whether we can get rid
 of the header.

 No, it's an extension which is in Stéphane's Jack2 version. I'm not sure
 where FaustLive looks for it, though.
