Comment:

 I don't understand why this port has not had a dependency on libsdl in the
 past ?!?  Added.

 I applied the patch; added a note that the libdc1394 developer believes
 there is a bug in Apples firewire stack.  However, he doesn't have a Mac
 and there is no maintainer for the Mac port.
