 To answer the question you posed in a comment in the patch, yes, there is
 no py31-numpy; it was removed in r113431. We
 [https://lists.macosforge.org/pipermail/macports-
 users/2014-October/036657.html announced] a few days ago the "End of
 Python 2.4–2.6 and 3.1–3.3 support", so it's probably reasonable to remove
 those variants.
