Comment:

 After upgrading macports vte is not working anymore. I get this error:

 ** (vte:1054): WARNING **: Failed to fork: fcntl(F_SETFL) failed:
 Inappropriate ioctl for device

 This, of course, also affects Terminal, which I strongly use.

 I have done many things to solve this issue, i.e., port upgrade, clean,
 reinstall vte-gtk2-compat and Terminal. It doesn't help. What is the
 problem with this ioctl?
