 `shared-mime-info` creates the MIME database in its post-activate hook but
 does not delete it on deactivate.  Thus, when `shared-mime-info` is
 uninstalled, applications continue to behave as though it is still
 present.  That is confusing, and certainly not what the user intended by
 deactivating the package.
