 Installing latex2html appears to be successful, but html.sty cannot be
 found by latex.
 Uninstalling and reinstalling with -v option reveals the following error
 message:

 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_releasError:
 Could not create directory "/opt/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/html":
 Operation not permitted

 Error: Cannot install LaTeX2HTML style files in
 /opt/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/html
 }}}

 Quick ' dirty workaround:
 {{{
 sudo mkdir /opt/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/html
 }}}
 before install.
