 ...the file you attached shows both /opt/local/include/glib-2.0/glib.h and
 /opt/local/include/glib-2.0/gio/gio.h. Try deactivating and reactivating
 glib2. Perhaps something outside of MacPorts deleted those files after you
 installed glib2.
