 1) Download Xcode 6.1 from https://developer.apple.com/downloads/
 2) Install and replace old version Xcode 6.0.1
 3) Download Command Line Tools (OS X 10.10) for Xcode 6.1 and install it.
 Try to install again for cmake, make sure "port clean cmake".

 It worked for me.
