 The Portfile of hdf5 contains the line "conflicts  hdf5", so the command
 "port install hdf5" causes an error if hdf5 is already installed.
 (Usually it wouldn't be a problem; today I tried to reinstall ports for
 Yosemite, so I had to uninstall and install this port again and again,
 whenever the migration script failed due to other ports.)
