 Thanks for attaching the log. I did not see until now that you had done
 so. Trac does not send notifications for attachments, so when you attach a
 file to a Trac ticket, please be sure to also separately write a comment
 so that we are notified.

 The log says:

 }}}

 So this is a duplicate of #44480.
