Comment:

 According to r111826, it needs the
 [https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Carbon/Reference/CTFontRef/index.html#//apple_ref/c/func/CTFontDrawGlyphs
 CTFontDrawGlyphs] function, which was introduced in Lion. Has iTerm2
 removed this requirement since?
