 You have to adapt from the instructions here:

 http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MacPorts#Terminal_and_PATH

 That section of the cookbook assumes that the Myth was installed from the
 all-in-one installer and therefore is under '/opt/dvr'.  Because you built
 it yourself using MacPorts, your installation is under '/opt/local'.
 Make sure your $PATH includes MariaDB, adapt the few file locations and
 you should be ready to configure Myth without too much trouble.
