 Since upgrading to Yosemite I have reinstalled macports but have found
 that a number of common packages have not been updated yet, with
 installation failing at the point of checksum. I've investigated this with
 the pear-install-phar package and found the issue is in fact that the file
 does not exist at any of the source repositories.
