 I found another ticket with as similar error, and it was resolved by

 I am assuming you are encountering this problem after upgrading to
 Yosemite (or perhaps Mavericks) from Mountain Lion (or earlier). Did you
 follow wiki:Migration and uninstall and reinstall all ports after
 upgrading?
