Comment:

 The [https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326724 upstream bug report] says
 valgrind should be working on 10.9 now; presumably that refers to the
 version currently in development. They released 3.10.0-BETA.1 yesterday,
 presumably incorporating those fixes. The attached patch updates the
 portfile. It builds for me on Mavericks, but I haven't tried to use it.
