Comment:

 Committed in r125090 with these changes:

  * Added required homepage variable
  * Rewrote master_sites to avoid redirects
  * Changed hardcoded /opt/local to ${prefix}
  * Fixed path to python2.7
  * Fixed livecheck

 I also commented out the `license` line because although some of the
 utilities are under the GPL, others seem to be under other licenses; see
 the LICENSES file. All applicable licenses should be listed in the
 `license` field.
