 The guile port has not been updated for a long time and is out of date.
 Considering the 2.0 branch has been out for a long time (3 years), I'm not
 sure if the 1.8.8 version is kept on purpose and a new port intends to be
 created for 2.x series?

 I have attached a diff for a first attempt at writing a Portfile. I'm not
 sure what the patches are supposed to do and on my system everything works
 fine without the patches.
