 port install py27-healpy fails.
 The build log has a message about an appropriate version of setuptools not
 existing, but this is because the build seems to be trying to use the
 incorrect version of python (using the built-in /Library/Python/2.7/site-
 packages/setuptools-2.1-py2.7.egg version) instead of the macports python
 (macports python is the default python and has a more recent version of
 setuptools -
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7
 /site-packages/setuptools-5.7-py2.7.egg-info).
