 It is very odd that it picked up setuptools from {{{/Library}}}. I can see
 from the build log that it ran {{{setup.py}}} with the correct Python
 interpreter,
 {{{/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/bin/python2.7}}}.
 Could you try a clean build?

 {{{
 $ sudo port clean py27-healpy
 $ sudo port install py27-healpy
 }}}
