 Attached is a patch that improves system tray menus:

 - show the intended title instead of an empty item
 - heed the KDE setting to show icons in menus or not

 NB: the patch was developed with kdelibs4 git/master (4.14.0) but applies
 cleanly to kdelibs 4.12.5
