 SUMO has a large number of python scripts and library modules but these
 are intended to be run from the code tree, not from an installation. The
 current Portfile patches these files to look for modules in the python
 site-packages/sumolib directory, but in at least one case the modified
 import statement loses some required whitespace.
 Modify the reinplace substitutions to preserve leading whitespace.
