 This patch enhances the tokyocabinet-clj port in the following ways:

  * uses github portgroup
  * downloads distfile instead of fetching from git
  * adds dependency on ant so that build can work on OS X 10.9 and later
  * indicates that this port installs no architecture-specific files
  * removes unnecessary comments
  * removes unnecessary intermediate directory creation
  * removes variable used only once
