 Please attach your `config.h` from `/opt/mports/trunk/base/src/`,
 `config.log` from `/opt/mports/trunk/base` and `fcntl.h` from
 `/usr/include/sys`.

 On my system, the required `flock` function and `LOCK_*` constants are
 declared inside `#if !defined(_POSIX_C_SOURCE) ||
 defined(_DARWIN_C_SOURCE)` (which our source in flock.c fulfills. I'm
 guessing this preprocessor statement is different on your system.
