 There are no instructions for how to build xctool in the tarball:

 I have tried to write a portfile but the libraries that get built have the
 path to the work directory embedded into their install_names. Also I
 haven't yet figured how to build and destroot separately. I'll attach my
 work in progress and await a response from the developers.
