 Letrozole (Femara) is not specific competitive inhibitors of aromatase.
 The drug is available in 2.5 mg tablets. For a typical dose dependent
 effect of letrozole, type, should be clearly calculated. Applied orally is
 generally one tablet once a day, regardless of the meal, and then quickly
 and completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. The extent of
 absorption is independent of food intake. The equilibrium concentration in
 the plasma after an average of 4 reaches (2-6) weeks of application. The
 drug has no cumulative properties. Plasma, proteins mainly albumin binds
 approximately 60% of letrozole. Penetrate into erythrocytes, where its
 concentration reaches the level of 80% in the blood. Letrozole is rapidly
