 If a version of perl5 other than the default (perl5 +perl5_16) is
 installed, exo will fail to detect p5.16-uri, even if installed, during
 configure and fail.

 The attached patch fixes the problem by explicitly configuring exo to use
 perl5.16 to match the dependency on p5.16-uri.
