 So Apache is not running. That's why Safari cannot connect to it.

 So your httpd.conf is trying to include a file that doesn't exist, that's
 why Apache isn't starting.

 With php54-apache2handler, the file mod_php.conf has been renamed; it's
 now called mod_php54.conf. (You can learn this by using the command "`port
 contents php54-apache2handler`".) Please update your httpd.conf
 accordingly.
