 Your boost port is referencing libraries from version 51 of icu. How is
 that possible? The current version of icu is 53. Please run "sudo port
 selfupdate" to make sure you have the latest port definitions, then run
 "sudo port upgrade boost". If boost does not upgrade, then I suspect you
 somehow overwrote your MacPorts-installed boost libraries with other
 copies of those libraries built earlier, perhaps due to a badly-made
 third-party installer; in that case, try running "sudo port rev-upgrade"
 to fix any problems.
