Comment:

 This generally occurs when a port has been interrupted during a previous
 activation.  Just do as suggested by the error message and force the
 activation.  The conflicting files will be moved aside with a *.mp* sort
 of suffix and can be manually removed after the successful activation
 without causing any problems.
