 Same issue here in a clean build. The problem is caused by an incompatible
 copy of tkMacOSX.h, which is provided by the Togl package. It refers to a
 tkInt.h, which does not exist in the whole system. The original tkMacOSX.h
 in /opt/local/include provided by the tk port includes tk.h instead of
 tkInt.h.
