Comment:

 Weird, I must have missed that while updating the port. I normally go
 through the upstream diff and remove or add dependencies as upstream does,
 but must have overlooked icu. (Pretty sure it was a dependency when mpv
 still used harfbuzz.)

 I will need to update the port anyway, so will get rid of the dependency
 during that in the next few days.
