 I just upgraded wxsvg in r134871. I assume that `MP4Joiner` might need a
 revbump, but I don't really know.

 However when testing with tracemode, the build failed. I had to add
 `cctools` (for `strip`) and `pkgconfig` to the list of build-time
 dependencies.

 Please check yourself and modify as needed.
