 I'll 2nd Ryan's post:

 1) I'm guessing you updated to the new Xcode, but didn't get the CLI
 tools. You can do this via:
 {{{
 xcode-select --install
 }}}

 2) In the future, we appreciate full logs starting from "clean", e.g.:
 {{{
 sudo port clean uhd
 sudo port install uhd
 }}}
 and, then if the build errors out you'll have a clean log to post.
