 Proposed patch attached
   * updates the version to 2.63
   * adds license information
   * installs example scripts provided in the distribution

 In addition, I've added openmaintainer to maintainers since we haven't
 heard from you since this port was submitted on 20110423.

 still interested in maintaining this port.
