 The new file you uploaded is from April 1st, so it is not a new attempt.
 Furthermore, the file you should upload is not a terminal output with
 verbose (-v) option, but a log with the debug (-d) option, as explained
 previously (see also the end of the build output):

 The file to be uploaded is the main.log file. You can find the path of the
 file by running

 port logfile kde4-runtime
