Comment:

 Note that the Cc field requires complete email addresses, and that you do
 not need to Cc yourself when you are the reporter.

 I would really prefer it if the developer would release a new version, if
 they believe the code is in a stable state to be used by users. However,
 since the last change was in 2009, perhaps the project is abandoned. Have
 you already tried to contact the developer about this, and about moving
 the project away from Google Code, since that hosting service is being
 discontinued?
