 nghttp2 has been updated to version 0.7.13:

 Implements HPACK 09 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-httpbis-header-
 compression-09)
 Fix bug that promised stream was not reset by returning
 NGHTTP2_ERR_TEMPORAL_CALLBACK_FAILURE from nghttp2_on_header_callback.
 Instead, associated stream was reset.
 Allow NGHTTP2_ERR_TEMPORAL_CALLBACK_FAILURE from
 nghttp2_on_begin_headers_callback
 h2load: Effectively disable flow control by setting large window size
 asio: Graceful shutdown and joinable server (Patch from Xiaoguang Sun)
