 QT5 has internal bug with qcocoacursor.mm. This fixed build with OS X
 10.11 and incorrect usage for this function on previous Mac OS X releases.

 This is documented in upstream:
 https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-47641

 This applicable for QT4, QT5 (5.4.2 and 5.5.0), OSX 10.4+
