 Okay. Let's do
 {{{
 sudo port uninstall crystfel and active
 sudo port -svtk install crystfel
 port logfile crystfel
 }}}

 and upload that main.log, please.

 You may then `sudo port clean crystfel`

 N.B.: -t is trace mode, which will deny access to all files installed by
 ports not listed as dependencies, -k will keep the worksrcdir and logfiles
 around, -s will always build from source and -v is verbose.
