 So the ticket indeed mainly seems to be a problem of architecture
 detection, then. This means that an easy workaround would be to use
 OpenBLAS-devel instead, which is following the latest changes on the
 develop branch of the git repository, where the changes have been
 committed.

 I also tried to update the OpenBLAS port by adding a patch to include the
 changes to recognise the broadwell chips in r139234. Please let me know if
 this solves the issue, as I did not detect this one, being with a Haswell
 chip.
