 The wireshark-devel port has not been updated since version 1.9.0 (from
 2012, current stable is 1.12.6, current devel is 1.99.8).

 The current maintainer:
 - has started working on an update (#40782) to 1.11.0, but has not been
 heard from for 18 months;
 - has not acknowledged ticket #48363 (update to 1.99.8) opened 25 days
 ago.
