 After "Big Split" event IPython 4.0 no longer supports notebooks, parallel
 programming, and so on. From now, IPython is just advanced REPL engine and
 part of umbrella project Jupyter. All additional functionality was carried
 out to the external Jupyter packages (ipykernel, notebook, jupyter,
 ipyparallel). From now it is not easy task to install all additional
 functions from py-ipython port due to dependencies directions (notebook
 depends on ipython, but not vice versa). So, it is quite hard to smoothly
 upgrade IPython from 3.x to 4.x.

 I suggest to rename current py-ipython to py-ipython3 (last monolithic
 ipython).

 In new py-ipython we can add add old variants with notes about manual
 installing external packages or about installing old monolithic IPython
 3.x.

 I'm already have all required portfiles (as well as py-ipython, py-
 notebook and so on) for Jupyter project.
