Hello,
After a "sudo port -vvv selfupdate && sudo port -vvv upgrade outdated", I
obtain this following message :

Error: org.macports.checksum for port boost returned: boost_1_59_0.tar.bz2
does not exist in /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/boost

The message "boost_1_59_0.tar.bz2 does not exist" usually means you need
to [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets run
"sudo port clean boost", then try again].
