 I just committed an update to 0.18.0, in r139672. This also removed the
 deprecated py26 and py33 subports.

 As version 0.18.0 seems to rely on the the standard library where possible
 (i.e. py27 >= 2.7.9 and py34), the dependency on
 `backports.ssl_match_hostname` was removed again.
