 There is a regression in boost.log 1.59 when using clang: the
 libboost_log_setup dynamic library is generated with some API symbols not
 exported.

 Upstream issue, with fix: https://github.com/boostorg/log/pull/10

 Requesting this patch be applied by the boost portfile.
