 No solution was suggested yet, but if harfbuzz-icu really requires C++11
 now, then the solution may have to be the one described in
 LibcxxOnOlderSystems. I'll try to find out if a less-drastic solution is
 available.

 You didn't put the port name "harfbuzz-icu" into the port field, or my
 email address (I'm the maintainer of harfbuzz-icu) into the Cc field;
