 I also had to add a dependency on `py-nose` in r143005 to avoid a build
 failure on the buildbots. I wonder if this is an error in `setup.py`
 because the dependency is not really needed unless one also runs all the
 tests. And as I had to modify the Portfile anyway, I also added `test.run
 yes` to enable testing the module with "sudo port test git-cvs".
