 Making a dependency to texlive is a solution, but it is a pity because
 dvips is ~300KB.
 Moreover, it is strange that ghostscript is associated to dvipdf since it
 does not work out of the box. dvips should also be part of ghostscript as
 long as dvipdf is included.
 Should I contact a ghostscript developer (completely outside macports) to
 ask a little more ?
